How do I qualify for C.O.D (cash on delivery)?

We realize that shopping online and entering Card details can be a difficult task for those are not used to online shopping, so we offer a first time purchaser the option to order from us and pay via COD. This will only apply to items under R2000.00 and in JHB area as the Owner will deliver the item personally.

Returns and refunds policy:  If you are not completely happy, a refund or store credit can be obtained for most items in resalable condition , that has not been customized. The AR feature is available for confirmation of the item. The Owner of the store will make all final decisions and will entertain all fair requests. 

Delivery policy: We endevour to produce the best available service at fair and reasonable pricing through the “courier guy”, we are happy to negotiate ant alternatives and or obstacels and resolve them prior to payment.
